Excellent hotel! Very well maintained, beautiful gardens, spotless and comfortable room. Staff efficient, helpful and friendly. Delicious breakfast buffet. Two restaurants were open when we were there. The Nelayan offered more french style cuisine (a bit heavy) and the Atas Sungei cooked the meal after your wishes - asian cuisine, stir-frys etc. was very good. We had our own car to go on day trips - the hotel is isolated but organizes trips with a guide.
Wireless internet only in the open lobby aera - but has a lot of cosy corners you can make yourself comfortable. If you are on a vacation you don't need to be connected all the time....

Very peaceful place, great base for celebrating birthday. A nice size, impressive unit in the huge bathroom, and attentive staff. Super and tasty breakfast with set meal at the restaurant. Simply nothing too much trouble, amazing stay.

missingWrote a review on 12 Novreally good stafflimited dining variety
The location is perfect for a family vacation, but
The dining options could use more variety. The staff was attentive, and the room provided a warm and cute atmosphere. The high restaurant prices made it challenging for larger families to enjoy regular meals on site.

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, lovely grounds, free wi fi in reception. Our room had lovely views and good amenities.
the main pool area was 1.60 meters deep, not good for nervous/poor swimmers. The adult pool only had a very small area of 1.2 meters.Isolated no restaurants within easy walking as set in what seemed parkland. We actually did not like the talking menu, it makes it difficult to peruse and you can be persuaded by chef to have a meal not totally as one would wish

The resort is truly one place to relax and enjoy all that nature has to offer and yet have the benefit of a 5 star comfort! However, the most outstanding aspect of this resort is the quality of the staffs there. The most friendliest, helpful and pleasant team of staffs I have ever experienced !
The drive there can be pretty long, but with a break at Kuantan town for lunch really makes a lot of difference, especially traveling with young kids.
